There are no returns, remakes, or exchanges on my ON LIVE and OFF LIVE orders. All custom lids are created off-live, and by selecting this option, you agree to trust my artistic vision and the creative process. Because each lid is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, there are no returns, exchanges, or remakes on custom lids. Due to the handmade nature of these items, you may notice small variations or slight imperfections. These do not affect quality or use and simply make your cup unique and one-of-a-kind.The tumblers themselves are mass-produced by the manufacturer, and as a result, minor cosmetic flaws may occur. This can include tiny marks, small scratches, or even small cracks along the rim. These are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the seal, durability, or use of the tumbler. They will not cause leaks or compromise the function of your cup, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
