Shipping policy

CREATIONS BY SIMONA POLICIES: Processing & Shipping: Please allow 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the cup has been made for the curing, sealing, and degassing process before shipment. Each tumbler requires this time to properly degas and be sealed to ensure the highest quality product for you. Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. All shipments include USPS insurance.
